By trading with PETER SOLBERG A/S you agree to be bound by the terms described on this website, which is owned and driven by:

PETER SOLBERG A/S deals in procurement and selling of fine wines and spirits.


Prices

All prices listed on the PETER SOLBERG A/S website are quoted in Euro (€) per bottle and exclude 25 % Danish VAT due to our B2B customer profile. Please note that some prices are valid only with purchase of full cases.


How to order

You may place your order by e-mail or telephone.
Please note that PETER SOLBERG A/S is first bound by the agreement upon your receipt of an invoice. Export orders are subject to a minimum value of 1500 Euro (€) excluding shipment costs.


Payment

Payment information is included on the invoice, and please note we only accept bank trasfers (no credit cards). Payment must be made before a shipment is effectuated.  


Cancellation

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of minimum 10% of the invoice total upon cancellation or non-payment.


Shipping

PETER SOLBERG A/S ensures that the wine is packaged appropriately. If you prefer, you may contact Peter Solberg A/S in advance to request a shipment cost for a specific quantity and destination.

  • Shipping for professionals:

PETER SOLBERG A/S prefers to ship with the buyer's shipping partner. Alternatively, shipping can be arranged with leading Danish shippers at the customer’s expense. Insurance against loss or breakage is offered.

  • Shipping for individuals:

PETER SOLBERG A/S delivers to a large number of countries worldwide using Post Nord. All shipments are insured against loss or breakage, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Shipment cost depends on quantity and destination (outside of Denmark).

Transporting wine in extreme weather conditions may seriously damage wines. During periods of extreme heat or cold, we are pleased to provide complimentary short-term storage until better conditions prevail.


Defects and Complaints

Wines must be inspected by the buyer upon receipt and any loss or breakage must be noted immediately on the shipper's documents. This is a prerequisite for any compensation.

PETER SOLBERG A/S cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the actions of the shipping agent or any damage suffered due to accidents.

Exchanging or returning goods can only take place per previous agreement.

PETER SOLBERG A/S cannot be held liable in case of force majeure.

Any disagreement, which cannot be settled amicably, is to be decided in accordance with Danish law. The venue will be the City Court of Copenhagen.
