Order
We strive to accommodate shipping to all locations around the world. Please note that shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. While we make every effort to offer worldwide shipping, it is not guaranteed for all locations.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been confirmed. Delivery times vary depending on your location: within the EU, it typically takes 2-5 business days. For international deliveries, longer delivery times should be expected due to customs and other factors.
If you wish to make a return, please notify us and send or return the item to Peter Solberg A/S, Tobaksvejen 23A, 2860 Soeborg, Denmark without unnecessary delay, and no later than 14 days after your order has been delivered. The return will be accepted if the item is sent back within this 14-day period. Wine must be returned in its original packaging, remain unopened, and be in the same condition in which it was received. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse
In cases where goods are damaged or incorrect items have been received, refunds and/or replacements may be offered. In such instances, please contact us within a reasonable amount of time. We may request that you provide evidence, such as photos, for review.
