Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the wine must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, with the seal intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@petersolberg.com. Returns should be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to ship your package back. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the wine is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

Non-returnable Items

 

Opened bottles

In the rare event that a bottle is corked, please note that we are unable to accept returns for opened bottles. This is due to the unique nature of the product and the fact that we cannot receive compensation from the producers.

 

Gift Cards

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for gift card purchases. All sales of gift cards are final

 

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. The wine must be returned unopened, with the seal intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
