SHIPPING POLICY

STORAGE

Peter Solberg A/S takes appropriate measures to ensure that all wines are stored under suitable conditions prior to dispatch.

All wines are inspected upon arrival before being accepted into our warehouse. Wines are stored in our temperature-controlled warehouse, with conditions monitored to protect the wine as well as labels, corks and original packaging.

Wines remain under these conditions until they are prepared and packed for shipment.

SHIPPING

Peter Solberg A/S ships wines to private customers across Europe and selected international destinations. All orders are packed in protective transport boxes specifically designed for the safe transportation of wine.

We work with established international couriers and select appropriate shipping services according to the destination and type of order. Tracking information is provided once an order has been dispatched.

For deliveries within Europe, Standard Shipping normally takes approximately 2–3 business days, while Express Shipping normally takes approximately 1–2 business days.

For deliveries outside Europe, Standard Shipping normally takes approximately 4–5 business days, while Express Shipping normally takes approximately 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local carrier conditions and other circumstances outside the control of Peter Solberg A/S.

TEMPERATURE & WEATHER CONDITIONS

Wine can be sensitive to extreme temperatures. During periods of excessive heat or cold, Peter Solberg A/S may recommend postponing shipment in order to protect the condition of the wines.

In such circumstances, we are pleased to offer complimentary short-term storage until conditions are considered suitable for transportation.

INSURANCE & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped with appropriate protection against loss or breakage in accordance with the shipping service selected.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order. Any specific delivery requirements should be communicated to Peter Solberg A/S as early as possible.
