Our premium white wine selection
Welcome to Peter Solberg's curated collection of exceptional white wines, where tradition meets innovation in every bottle. Our selection spans from the sun-drenched vineyards of Burgundy to the cool climate regions of Germany and beyond, offering a diverse range of styles to suit every palate and occasion.
White characteristics
Our collection features renowned grape varieties, each expressing unique terroir and winemaking traditions. From the mineral-driven, crisp whites of Chablis to the rich, buttery expressions from Montrachet, our selection showcases the remarkable diversity within the world of white wine.
Aging potential and investment value
While many white wines are crafted for immediate enjoyment, premium selections from established producers can develop beautifully over time. Our vintage collection includes age-worthy whites that demonstrate remarkable complexity after 5-10 years of proper cellaring, making them excellent additions to any serious wine collection.
