Chapelle Chambertin 2021 (75 CL)

"The 2021 Chapelle-Chambertin Grand Cru is matured in 75% new oak. It has a clean, quite pure bouquet a little impeded by the oak at the moment, though it is nicely focused. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins, lightly spiced, moderate depth with a touch of white pepper on the finish. Fine, but earlier drinking than some others from the appellation."
