Extra-Brut Clos des Goisses Juste Rosé 2014 (75 CL)

Evoking aromas of strawberries, red berries, spices, papaya, rose petals and baked bread, the 2014 Extra-Brut Clos des Goisses Juste Rosé is a stunning Champagne rosé. Full-bodied, vinous and layered, it's concentrated and has a structured mid-palate, racy acids and a long, mineral, dense finish. This blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay was disgorged in March 2024 with 4.5 grams per liter dosage, with only 2,820 bottles produced. Undoubtedly, this is a gastronomic Champagne that could age gracefully over the next 30 years or more. (YG, 10/2024)
