Aligote 2019 (75 CL)

From 50-year-old vines in the Hautes-Côtes, Pierre Yves-Colin's 2019 Bourgogne Aligoté offers up aromas of crisp orchard fruit, white flowers and beeswax. Medium-bodied, fleshy and incisive, it's bright and elegantly fleshy, with a nicely defined, saline finish. (WA, 1/2021)
