Cotes de Provence Rose By Ott 2024 (75 CL)

The 2024 Rosé BY.OTT is a richer style for this wine, building waxy, almost viscous textures with aeration. It's missing some fruit and definition through the mid-palate and finish. Today, the 2024 comes across as rather simple and a bit bitter on the particularly floral, perfume-like finish.
