The 2024 Puligny-Montrachet Les Caillerets 1er Cru has a complex nose with green apple, white chalk and flinty scents emerging from the glass. There is just a very subtle reduction here. The palate is tensile from the start with citrus lemon, blood orange and a sharp line of acidity with a very persistent finish that lingers in the mouth. Excellent.
