The savoury 2020 Vin de Pays de l'Hérault Rouge opens with black fruit touched by kirsch, sun-drenched forest strawberry and earthy nuances, all carried by a hallmark of Mediterranean spiciness. A crushed rock note adds a retro-nasal mineral edge.
