The 2017 Niederhäuser Hermannshöhle Riesling trocken –GG– combines ripe and intense fruit with flinty and floral notes as well as crushed slate aromas. Super refined and intense at the same time. Lush and intense on the palate, this is a full-bodied yet elegant, finessed and salty-piquant Hermannshöhle with a long and aristocratic finish. Impressive. Tasted at the domain in July 2019.
