Gevrey-Chambertin Village 2022 (75 CL)

As usual, the 2022 Gevrey-Chambertin Village is a touch deeper and more structured than the Clos du Château, exhibiting notes of sweet red berry compote and plums mingled with spices and vine smoke. Medium-bodied, supple and penetrating, with powdery tannins and a saline finish, it includes fruit from premiers crus Perrières and Etournelles Saint-Jacques. (WK, 1/2024)
