(90% grenache and 10% syrah, raised mostly in concrete, with 10% in barriques): Inky purple. Intense aromas of blackberry and blueberry compote and incense, plus a strong licorice component. A dense, sappy fruit bomb that shows alluring sweetness and considerable power. The finish clings with impressive tenacity and echoes the blue fruit and licorice notes.
