This is the inaugural vintage from this two-hectare parcel planted not far from Nantoux and incorporating agroforestry initiatives. Dancer's 2021 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Blanc wafts from the glass with aromas of lime zest, white flowers, lemon oil, crisp green orchard fruit and blanched almonds. Medium-bodied, racy and incisive, with tangy acids and a bright, mineral finish, it's a very strong start indeed. (WK, 1/2023)
