The 2022 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Aux Chaumes exhibits notes of plums, orange zest and red berries, followed by a medium-bodied, tangy palate that's finer-boned and more delicate than its generic counterpart. Given that the soils here are quite rich in clay, I would be surprised to see it take on a little more weight in a year's time. (WK, 1/2024)
