The 2021 Malartic-Lagravière Blanc, which contains less Sémillon (11%) due to frost damage, has a delightful bouquet with vibrant green apple, pear, wet limestone and light, dew-dappled lawn scents. The palate is well-balanced with a silver bead of acidity and just the right amount of citrus peel to compliment the notes of tangerine and orange pith. Bearing fine weight on the finish, this is a delicious white Pessac-Léognan that will age well in bottle. By Neal Martin November 2023
