Made with 100% Sangiovese, the Montevertine 2023 Le Pergole Torte is especially pretty and perfumed, with the extra push of intensity that this vintage offers. Beautiful floral tones rise delicately from the glass. The wine is slim, fine and elegant, with a firm quality that also feels fragile and graceful at the same time. Polished, fine-grained tannins complete this beautifully poised expression. The wine is vinified in cement and aged in large oak casks and barriques.

The 2023 Le Pergole Torte continues in the line of Montevertine. It shows lovely upfront fruit and mid-weight structure to match. Dark-toned fruit, mocha, new leather, lavender, spice and licorice flesh out in the glass. Soft contours wrap it all together in style.
