The 2018 Chablis Pargues Vieilles Vignes is open and expressive, wafting from the glass with notes of crisp yellow orchard fruit, clear honey, iodine and freshly baked bread. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and saline, it's textural and charming, without the muscle or concentration of its 2019 counterpart. (WK, 8/2021)
