Medium to full-bodied, the NV Champagne Brut Rosé has a 2021 base and a delicate pale pink color. It is a blended style with a small harvest of 15% Pinot Meunier, 45% Pinot Noir, and the rest Chardonnay, along with 18% red wine. Flavors include pastry cream, white strawberry, fresh cranberries, and white grapefruit. Medium to full-bodied, the pepper and refreshing mousse enhance the light spices. Drink over the next couple of years.
