Chambolle Musigny Les Cras 2021

The 2021 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Cras is a young classic in the making, unfurling in the glass with scents of wild blueberries, raspberries, rose petals, licorice and violets, followed by a medium to full-bodied, layered and textural palate that's deep, mineral and resonant, concluding with a mouthwateringly saline finish. Warmer years in this site have tended to be pretty big-boned wines in recent years, but the 2021 is just impeccably balanced. (WK, 1/2024)
