In this volcanic site the vines are up to 100 years old, with many 80-90-year-old and some 45 years old. Subtle reduction clouds an initial note of green apple. Underneath, something floral flickers, like tender apple blossom, something breezy and airy. This is a sleekness-made liquid. Stone and acid are traveling forward with immense dynamics, channeling brightness. The 2022 is smooth, driven, vivid, urgent and taut, with a trail of mouthwatering salt and absolute zestiness.
