Overview

The 2022 Chablis Valmur Grand Cru is the most reduced of Raveneau's cuvées from the barrel, with touches of lemon verbena and chai tea combined with lemon thyme and sea spray aromas. This has a remarkable crystalline purity, given the warmth of the growing season. The palate is well-balanced with a sappy entry, fine acidity, impressive depth, and a tangy, marmalade-tinged finish with plenty of extract. This will need a serious amount of time.
