Saint-Joseph Cotes 2019 (75 CL)

Hints of brown sugar and caramelized black cherries mark the nose of the 2019 Saint Joseph Les Cotes. It's full-bodied and supple, ready to enjoy now and over the next several years for its forward fruit and easygoing nature. While the estate is based in Cornas, it probably makes sense to bottle an earlier-drinking style of Saint Joseph, and this hits the mark. (JZ, 1/2022)
