The 2021 Graacher Himmelreich Kabinett is clear, bright and deep on the finely flinty, well-concentrated and aromatic nose with its delicate slate perfume. Lush and fresh on the palate, with savory acidity and mineral grip as well as lovely citrus flavors toward the finish, this is a light, saline and crystalline, stimulating and grippy Kabinett with an intense, almost dry and mouth-watering finish. A classic. 8% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in May 2023. (SR, 5/2023)
